Step 1 — Send your details on WhatsApp
Share your name, city, role (nurse or attendant), qualification, years of experience and your council registration status. A résumé helps but is not required to start. This is a referral introduction, and there is no fee at any point.
Step 2 — Telephonic screening
A recruiter calls within a day or two to confirm your experience, the case types you are comfortable with, your preferred locality and your notice period. Be honest about what you have not done — being placed on a case beyond your skill level helps nobody.
Step 3 — Interview or walk-in
You attend a branch interview or a walk-in drive in your city. Expect practical questions on vitals, injections, catheter care and emergency response, plus a discussion of duty patterns.
Step 4 — Document verification and joining
Your council registration, qualification and experience documents are verified. Once cleared, you receive an offer and a joining date. Immediate joiners are usually allocated a case within days.
Step 5 — Your first case
You are briefed on the patient's condition, the treating doctor's instructions and the duty chart before you begin. Support and escalation contacts are available through the shift — you are not left alone with a case you cannot handle.
